KENWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MISSION STATEMENT AND BELIEFS: OUR MISSION AT KENWOOD ELEMENTARY IS TO EMPOWER STUDENTS TO REACH THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL THROUGH STANDARD BASED INSTRUCTION IN THEIR JOURNEY TO BECOMING LIFE LONG LEARNERS. The mission is supported by the beliefs stated below: We believe in a clean, safe, orderly school to maintain an environment conducive to learning. We believe all children are capable of learning to the best of their abilities. We believe parents, faculty, staff, and community must work together to help children succeed. We believe in a variety of teaching methods that will meet the individual needs of each child.We believe learning is a lifelong responsibility.
