I have been teaching at Kenwood Elementary since 2015. I come from an Army family and I'm originally from San Antonio, Tx. I moved here with my husband in 2014 while stationed at Ft. Campbell. I graduated in May 2014 from the University of Texas at El Paso with my B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and majored in Special Education. In 2019 received my Masters Degree in Special Education with a Certification in Autism from Liberty University. I am currently working on my Educational Specialist Degree in Special Education. I have taught Developmental PreK since 2021.

We believe parents, faculty, staff, and the community must work together to help children succeed. We believe in a variety of teaching methods that will meet the individual needs of each child. We believe learning is a lifelong responsibility. We believe literacy is essential, and all children can learn to read.
