Hi, welcome to Kenwood! I received my Bachelor's degree in Education from APSU and my Master's degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy from Walden University. I began my teaching career in 2009 and enjoyed eight years of teaching kindergarten. I moved to first grade in 2017 and absolutely loved it. In 2022 I had the opportunity to complete a special education endorsement at TSU. I am excited to now be working with our most special students. I feel very blessed to be here and I can't wait to get to know my new students and their families. I am married with three wonderful children. They keep me pretty busy, but I also enjoy being active in my church and the community.
